Green coffee
What does the term ‘green coffee’ make you think of?
Perhaps some under-ripened coffee that is not ready to tantalise tastebuds yet?
Or perhaps, a stage of the coffee production process?
In fact, to many a health enthusiast, the term is relatively new in the world of weight loss and it is used to describe one of the new weight loss phenomena.
Coffee has been said to help weight reduction in several ways.
Some argue that drinking coffee before you exercise will help you to get the most out of your workout.
However, green coffee has been heralded as a secret weight loss as a dietary supplement.
This substance has been subject to several clinical trials.
For instance, the American Chemical Society suggested that users who took the green coffee supplement had a 10.5% body weight reduction in only 22 weeks.
Why?
Apparently, it’s the chlorogenic acid in coffee, which is an antioxidant, that can burn up fat like nobody’s business.
The problem with ordinary coffee consumption is that almost 90% of this useful chlorogenic acid is lost during the coffee-bean roasting process.
Hence the importance of green coffee beans for the dietary supplements.
Doubtless, more studies will be done on the notion of weight-loss-green-coffee.
After all, both the weight loss industry and also the coffee industry are global giants.
Watch this space for further reviews and updates.
In the meantime, enjoying drinking the roasted coffee beans!
