Brain child of the German model, Elena Weber has opened up Icons Coffee Culture at Souk Al Bahar.

Not only do they aim to improve the way we think about our daily diet and caffeine fix it also incorporates a shot of high fashion and philanthropy.

Specialising in drinks that detox and improve the immune system, Icon serves up nutrition rich beverages and health foods using only Stevia sugar replacement.

With so many drinks in the coffee market laden with full fat milk, sugars and syrups, Icon’s are marketing their Frappuccino’s and hot chocolates at about 150-250 calories…so patrons could potentially enjoy a second completely guilt free.

She also has master pâtissier Stefan Kopetz who is famed for his sensational sweets and desserts, combine that with Stevia, the sweetener choice for diabetics he is whipping up a menu that will satisfy the taste buds without the adverse health effects.

Weber, founder and CEO has had a lot of interest from several countries interested in franchise, she has already signed agreements for a further 6 UAE outlets due to the increase and concern regarding diabetes and healthy eating.

Several possible master franchise opportunities have also been enquired upon from Bahrain, Oman, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
