
There a million diets out there, we all have heard of the ‘cabbage soup’ diet, the juice diet or no carbs, blueberries and acai berries for breakfast, dinner and tea and many more.
However, there are many fruits and beverages, certainly, green tea is attributed to a having a positive effect when trying to control or lose weight.
Yes, you guessed it coffee is trying to get in on the weight-loss band wagon.

Well, certainly the extract is being hailed as the new wonder product for weigh loss.
Joe Vinson a chemist at the University of Pennsylvania has been quoted reporting on studies in the U.S were green coffee bean extract has been used in weight loss trials.
“Taking multiple capsules of green coffee extract a day, while eating a low fat, healthful diet and exercising regularly, appears to be a safe, effective, inexpensive way to lose weight.”
Researchers into the effectiveness of this trial are hailing the chlorogenic acid found in the raw coffee bean as the magic ingredient.
Surely though, a healthy diet and regular exercise is, in itself, a sure fire way to avoid piling on the pounds.
A few internet searches revealed a massive market in America.
Green coffee bean extract can be bought online, and in health food shops such as Holland and Barrett in England.
Obviously, caffeine is a contributing factor and has been attributed to enhancing performance when working out at the gym, or for instance, running.
Either way, the emphasis is plant extract is a supplement not a substitute.
It cannot replace a healthy diet or exercise, however it may be contributing to weight-loss.
Caffeine tolerance will have to be taken into account for anyone seriously thinking about adding this to their lifestyle…and always read any label and consult your doctor first before taking any bought ‘over the internet’ pills.
