Roosting coffee

Roaming-Roosters

A new month and a new start is on the horizon for the Roaming Roosters’ farm shop.

It’s always rather heartwarming, isn’t it, to discover new business that are expanding and growing, notwithstanding all the economic gloom that surrounds us and bombards us on the news every day.

So what is happening at the Roaming Roosters’ farm shop?

As reported in the Lancashire Telegraph, there is to be a new coffee shop element to the Roaming Roosters’ farm shop, which is located in Fence.

It is to be launched on 4 February.

This will be in addition to the bistro which is already onsite.

It’s all good news in fact   the bistro was a new addition to the business only last September.

Thanks to the hugely favourable response by customers to the new bistro, the owners decided to expand and offer up more space to those who wanted a ‘barista-style’ coffee or other beverage and snack.

The name of the new caff space is to be the Hay Loft Coffee Room and will also boast great views and space for business meetings and social gatherings alike.

This expansion is in line with many recent reports on the strength of coffee consumption.

Recent surveys have shown that, although many cutbacks and sacrifices have been made by those who are tightening their belts in the hard fiscal times, a cup of coffee is a modest treat that people do not want to forgo.

This bodes well for the new business, doesn’t it?
