If you’re something of a coffee fan and you happen to be in Coimbatore in India, then you might like to swing by the coffee festival which is underway there.
Whereas many coffee festivals are held for a day or two, the Cafe Coffee Day festival is set to last for a considerably longer period of time.
How long?
One month!
Cafe Coffee Day is the biggest retail chain in the country.
As reported in the Sahara Samay, this festival has lots to offer.
Its aim seems to be to dazzle visitors and coffee-lovers with information and tips about coffee making.
So what’s on offer?
If you pop into one of the six outlets, there are opportunities to learn how to make a cup of coffee at home, using easy-to-use tools and equipment, so that the process can be replicated back at home.
Cafe Coffee Day wants their visitors to be able to gain some practical know-how, so that they can better enjoy coffee on their own time, in their own abode.
Also, an innovative ‘Drizzle’ bag is said to be available (used by opening it and putting in hot water).
Coffee festivals are great ways to experiment and learn more about the caffeine elixir.
Even if you can’t make it to India, these festivals are becoming more and more popular and so perhaps there will be one near you soon too.
