You may have noticed that our name has changed to World Coffee Press.

 This was not a decision we had planned.

Yesterday we received a cease and desist demand from an American law firm working on behalf of a large (apparently large, we had never heard of them) coffee article publication company.

It turns out that they have a trademark for part of our original name which came as quite a shock.

How they managed to trademark such a generic term is in our opinion amazing.

While we may not agree with them, we run as a not-for-profit site (you’ll see no adverts) so have decided to change the name to appease them.

So if you have us book marked please delete you existing bookmark and replace it with the site you are on now – http://www.worldcoffeepress.com
